On 25th August 2019 (Sunday), Life Educare Foundation and a Life Care to Love Volunteer Team had participated in the Kasih Hospice Charity Fair at The Club @ Bandar Utama from 7:30am - 2:00pm. Teachers, students, and volunteers have come together to sell vegetarian food and drinks in hope to raise funds for a good cause.

Self-Development

Whether young or old, each individual that was involved in the charity event has experienced some growth within themselves. They have taken the first step in contributing to society, the first step for change, the first step to step out of their comfort zone, and the first step to allow themselves to grow.

Teamwork

The Care to Love Volunteer Team has also emphasized on the communication and teamwork between one another. While volunteers were preparing on the items, the children also reached out and promote their items to people around with the guidance of the teachers, all awhile reminding themselves to utilize the “Azon Six-Steps” formula.


Conclusion

As quoted from Helen Keller, “alone we can do so little, together we can do so much”, we also thank and appreciate the involvement of parents, families, and friends that have contributed behind closed doors. May the seed of altruism continue to grow within the children.
