Advance Notice Requirement: If you need to cancel or modify an existing appointment, you must notify the center at least 72 hours prior to your originally scheduled session time.

No-Show & Late Cancellation Penalty Regulations:

• Cancellation or rescheduling requests made less than 72 hours before the scheduled appointment will automatically incur a penalty fee equal to 50% of the standard service fee.
• Failure to provide advance notice combined with a failure to attend the scheduled consultation (No-Show / Truancy) will automatically incur a full charge equal to 100% of the standard service fee.

Exemption for Unforeseen Emergencies: We understand force majeure crises and genuine medical emergencies. For sudden, acute illnesses or unexpected accidents leading to a short-notice absence, our clinical administrative team will uphold a firm stance of empathy and handle the situation compassionately on a case-by-case basis.

Strict Punctuality: All therapeutic sessions will start and conclude strictly on time. If a client is late, the session will still end at its originally scheduled time to safeguard the fair rights of subsequent clients. The session will still be billed at the full service fee.
