Bhd., need to collect and retain certain types of data about our students and parents in order to fulfil certain functions. In complying with the PDPA, this notice is to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being collected or processed for the purposes of data processing.

We wish to inform you that the personal data and other information of yours will likely to be used and processed for the following purposes:

1. Management of parenting consultation, intervention and life-education programme as well as activities
2. Maintenance of the student record (including personal or programme details)
3. Provision of advice and support to students and parents
4. Conduct of surveys and analysis
5. As required by regulatory authorities agencies or bodies such as insurance agencies
6. To provide you with information on the programmes, activities and services of Azon
7. Administrative work

We trust that you will consent and agree to use your data for the above purposes. If we do not receive any feedback from you within 14 days of the date of this notice, we shall assume that you are agreeable to the same.
