- All participants should follow the rules and regulations that have been set by Azon. Anyone who goes against the rules and regulations shall be arranged to leave immediately without refund for fees paid.
- Please do not bring any expensive accessory such as handphone and jewellery. Azon shall not be responsible for any loss.
- Please do not be absent without any reason. For any absentees, Azon shall not refund the registration fees.
- If the participant(s) wishes to cancel the activity registration, the participant(s) shall inform Azon within 7 days before the activity’s actual date. Azon shall not refund the registration fees but the fees can be transferred for activities held within 6 months from the notification date.
- If the participant(s) is unable to join the activity due to emergency incident (e.g.: sick), Azon shall not refund the registration fee. However, 1/3 of the registration fee will be deducted as activity and administrative fees, whereas 2/3 of the registration fee can be transferred for activities held within 6 months from the registration date.
- If the participant(s) wishes to transfer registered activity to a different Azon’s activity, Azon shall deduct 30% of registration fee as transfer fee.
- Upon registration, all participants are not allowed to leave the activity venue.
- All participants shall declare any types of special physical, psychological, emotional, etcetera conditions that might cause harm to self and others. If failed to do so, the parents/guardians should bear all forms of consequences.
- Azon’s responsibility to the participants will only be during the specified date, time and venue of the activity.
- Rules and regulations may be changed without prior notice.
- The camp / activity to bring list will be given a week before the activity day.
